What stays on this device
Your plan, calculator inputs, prompts, and accepted assistant notes are processed in your browser. The planner saves to this browser’s IndexedDB. There is no application server receiving or storing your plan.
Downloads are created locally. Printing uses your browser’s print dialog. Standalone calculators keep separate inputs until you choose to use them in your plan.
What happens when you use an assistant
Copying a prompt only puts it on your clipboard. It is sent only if you paste it into an assistant or open an assistant link. An opened link includes the prompt in the address; it may appear in browser history and is received by the assistant provider. This site does not receive it.
Content shared with an external AI is governed by that provider’s privacy policy. Read its current settings before sharing anything private. You do not need to enter sensitive personal or financial identifiers to use these tools.
Ordinary website requests
Surmado Sites serves these static pages and keeps ordinary request logs. Those requests include normal connection information; they do not include the plan fields. Fonts and scripts are served with the site. There are no tracking pixels or external font requests.
Back up or delete your plan
Use “Download JSON” to keep a backup or move devices. Use “Delete this project” in the planner to remove its saved copy. Clearing site data or using private browsing can also remove it. The text-size control stores your preference locally.
